Full Spectrum Operations LLC

Full Spectrum Operations LLC (FSO), a Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is a Small Business Administration (SBA) approved Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture (JV) between Protégé American Communications Solutions, LLC (ACS) and Mentor By Light Professional IT Services LLC (By Light). FSO is the Prime contractor on the U.S. Space Force Eastern Western Operational Communications Services (EWOCS) contract, a $285M Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) (SAIDIQ) with 19 Task Orders (TO) and approximately 165 supporting personnel that provide communication services for voice, data, and video to support the launch and test range capabilities of the 45th Space Wing (45 SW) based at Patrick Space Force Base (SFB), FL, and Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS), FL, and the United States Space Command (USSPACECOM), Combined Forces Space Component Command (CFSCC) Headquarters, the Missile Defense Agency, and the 30th Space Wing (30 SW) based at Vandenberg Air Force Base (AFB), CA. FSO supports the U.S. Air Force Kessel Run Modeling and Simulation (M&S) requirements as a prime contractor on the Air Force M&S Training Toolkit (AFMSTT) contract and the Kessel Run Enterprise Command and Control Simulation Environment for Training Modernization (C2SET) contract. FSO is also a Prime contractor supporting the VA’s New England Healthcare System (VISN 1) providing full-service battery maintenance and support for the Real Time Location System (RTLS) infrastructure and active RTLS asset tags, and the VA Central Office Telecommunications Infrastructure Contract.
